Very Fresh Noodles inside Chelsea Market is an absolute standout. I was blown away watching the chefs hand-pull the noodles right in front of me. you can really taste the freshness and perfect chewy texture that only comes from making them to order . The spicy cumin beef noodles were incredible, packed with bold tingly flavor and tender meat. The line moves quickly and the staff are super friendly, totally super worth the wait!

There was a long line up, but definitely worth the wait. I ordered the Sticky Fried Eggplant & the Tingly & Spicy Cumin Beef. The flavours and spices were top notch. The noodles were very fresh and cooked perfectly; not too chewy and not too soft. I enjoyed this meal very much, I definitely want to try the soup version if I ever get a chance to come back. If you like spicy noodles, give this place a try.

Best noodle bar in town! 😋🍜 Freshly made fat noodles and the juiciest beef strips, all in a delicious ramen that’s packed full of flavour! - this place should be top of your list when visiting Chelsea Market! Lots of choice and made fast whilst you wait. Five Stars!! It was so good!!

These noodles are amazing! They are hand pulled, soft, and I love the thickness. The cumin lamb pieces were very tender and cooked well. The flavor was amazing, I love the peppercorns, and the portion was perfect for one. Ordering is easy, and since it’s inside Chelsea market there was a lot of seating available.

Very Fresh Noodles—Not Every Long Line is Worth It. This One Is. I’ve been to Chelsea Market a few dozen times and that Very Fresh Noodles line was always there to greet me…the kind of crowd that makes you wonder if some celebrity is handing out autographs inside. I always moved on, but this day the line was manageable, so I finally made my pilgrimage. Watching those noodle masters work right in front of you is worth the price of admission alone — this place runs like an air traffic control tower, every move calculated and nothing left to chance. I bravely tackled the Seaweed Salad first and those long rubbery strips put up a mean fight against my feeble chompers and my chopsticks. This experience was more like navigating an obstacle course than a side dish. I did not enjoy the texture of this offering and the spice level was not for the common man. Then the La Mei Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup landed and completely reset the table. Slow-braised beef shanks, hand-pulled noodles, pickled mustard greens, bok choy, scallion — all swimming in one of the most deeply layered broths I’ve encountered in this city.
